Bark Lake is a Music/Leadership trip for any student in grade 8. The Oct. 14-16 trip is for students in the Band program while the Oct. 26-28 trip is for students in the Strings program. During this time, any student who is not going on the trip will remain at school in their own class or in a new configuration of classes based on the students and teachers on the trip. Students remaining at school will continue with curriculum based learning in their subject areas. Students on the trip will be provided with any work missed and be given the appropriate teaching and learning time required for understanding and for completion of tasks.
